This is an acrylic painting on canvas.  It measures 36x36 inches, and was created by painting over string, that was later pulled away to reveal layers below.  The idea being that art can be created by the act of adding, or by taking away.  It is an abstract piece, that has a calming, peaceful effect.  One of my favorite works.
