This is a mixed media, abstract expressionist painting on canvas measuring 36x24x1.5 inches.   The inspiration was from a visit I had to the Topkapi palace in Istanbul when the tulips were in bloom.  It was a sight I can never forget.   The red flowers with the cool, teal colored tile work on the palace walls.  It was magical.
